Retirement gift donation by offshore rescue team

30 January 2014

James Smith recently retired from his post of Captain of an offshore rescue boat in the North Sea.

James Smith with his colleaguesJames' crew wanted to give him a really special gift to mark his retirement. As they knew the Anne Rowling Clinic is very close to his heart, they decided a donation to the Clinic would be the best possible retirement gift.

We would like to thank James (holding the cheque, right) and all his colleagues who generously donated.

The Smith Family recently raised a further £200 in aid of the Anne Rowling Clinic when they donated money in lieu of Christmas cards.

Our grateful thanks to the Captain and crew of the offshore rescue boat and to the Smith Family.
